choosing
The tavern class, the farm class or the Kouros class
Three four-hour cooking classes on Naxos and who each one suits.
Reserve your place at the tavern ↗The three classes
| Class | Best for |
|---|---|
| Family tavern in Potamia | A village tavern and a group of up to fifteen |
| Perivoli farm near Melanes | The farm itself, in a group of up to ten |
| Kouros of Melanes | History, live music and dancing |
The tavern class
Set in a village tavern, it adds a walk to the river, a look at cheese-making and a feast with local wine, for up to fifteen guests.
The farm class
Limited to ten guests, it centres on a small farm with animals, eggs, an olive grove and a wood-fire kitchen, about ten minutes from Naxos Town.
The Kouros class
It sits beside the Kouros of Melanes statue, with a valley walk, an old olive press, a statue visit, and live violin and lute with a dance lesson.
Mobility
The Kouros class is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility impairments, so choose another if that matters.
Group size
Ten guests at the farm and fifteen at the tavern.
Which to pick
If you want the tavern and the biggest table, take the tavern. If the farm and a smaller group appeal, take Perivoli, and if music matters most, take the Kouros class.
